#1 This
meeting room is on the third level (next to the Emperor's Buffet) and will be
open for picking up your events packets,
getting information, and socializing with other registrants. This is also where
we will have our afternoon seminars
and meetings. Consider this your home base.
#2 We will
have a shuttle from the Imperial Palace to the Blue Moon Resort, Las Vegas’ Only Gay Men’s
Resort! (a $15day
pass required if you're not staying there).
They have a clothing optional, lagoon Style pool and sun
deck, 10 man
jacuzzi grotto with 10 Ft. waterfall, a 200 sq. ft. steam room, free burgers,
dogs and all the fixin's from 1 - 5 p.m.
#3 Las
Vegas Prime Timers will have a Pool Side Suite for
your stop while at the pool. Open bar Happy hour (4-6 p.m.) some
evenings. Other chapters are urged to register for a poolside suite.
#4 We
are lining up some informational mini-seminars in the afternoons for your down
time enjoyment. I think you will enjoy
these - "Reverse Mortgages", "Living Wills", "Advanced
Directivies", "How to Gamble" - etc.
#5 The
Imperial Palace Auto Collection is the world's largest and finest collection of
antique, classic, muscle and
special interest automobiles. Your registration ticket is the pass to this
private mixer. We will furnish Mixer
food for the event. There will also be a cash bar for your enjoyment.
#6 The
Emperor's Buffet is located on the third level of the hotel next to our
registration room. Your registration
badge & ticket is your pass to this "all your can eat" breakfast
buffet from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Sin City Q Socials is LV's premier social network for gay professionals
and friends in Las Vegas. The most popular event is the weekly Trendy
Tuesday Martini Mixer, which is hosted in the hottest ultra lounges in
all of Las Vegas. We are hoping to have it on top of the Rio Hotel and
there will be transportation from the Imperial Palace to it. Your
registration badge will be your pass..
#8 This
will be a nice Sit-Down Banquet meal with a twist. We are asking you guys to
dress up as your favorite celebrity (male
or female) - kind of a "Legend In Your Own Mind" theme. This is Vegas
so we will fit right in.
#9 After
the Banquet, we will go right next door to the Imperial Palace Theater for the
performance "Legends In
Concert". The show is a live, on-stage recreation of the performances of a
select group of superstars from the
past and present. The talented performers not only sound like the original
stars, they look and act like them too.
